1 tsp paprika ¾ tsp ground cumin ½ tsp salt ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder 2 corn or wheat tortillas cut into 8 piece wedges 2 tbsp olive oil
Directions: Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Combine spices in mixing bowl. Using the Playful Chef safety scissors, cut up tortilla in 8 wedges each. Using pastry brush, brush one side of the wedges with olive oil. Arrange wedges on a baking sheet with the olive oil brushed side facing up. Bake for 5 minutes. Have your adult helper turn the wedges over. Brush wedges with olive oil and sprinkle them with spice mixture. Bake for 3 more minutes. Let wedges completely cool before eating them.
