1 28 oz can of peaches drained and chopped reserve 1 cup of juice
1 butter stick
1 tsp almond extract
Directions: Grease 2 qt. baking dish. Place half of the dry cake mix in bottom of dish. In a separate bowl, mix peach juice and almond extract. Spread peaches and juice mix over cake mix in baking dish. Then add the rest of dry cake mix. Cut up the butter stick and sprinkle over. Preheat oven at 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
