Pear Chutney
- 3/4 cup onion, diced
- 2 3/4 cup pear, diced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons candied ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed, dark
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed, light
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch cayenne
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

Directions: Mix all ingredients and cook for 30 minutes until thick. Cool and serve.
