Corny Chicken Salad
10-ounce can of cooked chicken
15-ounce can of corn
3 tablespoons light or fat-free Italian dressing
Rinse and drain cooked chicken and corn.
Flake chicken and toss together in a bowl with Italian dressing.
Eat with wide-cut strips of red pepper.
