ORLANDO, Fla. (Ivanhoe Newswire)--We graduate college more often, have healthier diets, and even though we’re branded as bad drivers we’re 27 percent less likely to cause a crash! Here is more on how women are winning the battle of the sexes and the surprising stats to back it up!

The guys think they’re so tough, but when it comes to immunity, longevity and financial ability, they’ve got nothing on the ladies! A McGill University study shows women have stronger immune systems. The research shows estrogen makes them better at fighting off infections than men! Maybe that’s why ladies live longer. On average men kick the bucket five to ten years sooner than women. And the New England Centenarian study states 85 percent of the people on earth who live past 100 are women!

The ladies are also better with their money. A study of 100,000 portfolios found female investors made 18 percent in returns, while men made 11 percent. This news is giving women some ammo in the battle of the sexes.

Studies show we’re also more recession-proof. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 80 percent of those who have lost their jobs since December 2007 have been men!
